It's been 14 business days from January 30th and the tracking has been in the same spot. Their website states that the item should be received within ***** business days from shipping. Dossier is holding my money which is stopping me from getting a different item. This was a *********** day gift and the holiday has passed. I have paid my money for an item and don't have it. I contacted them again on February 14th and they said I need to wait 15 days again. They told me I need to wait 15 consecutive days from the last tracking update which was February 2nd. They said sometimes tracking takes a while to get updated and it can even be updated after it's been delivered. After seeing that I was only one state over from the warehouse that the item shipped from, and I still had not received the item on February 10th I inquired, to customer service, about the perfume. I got a shipment notification on January 30th. On January 30th, I paid for perfume plus shipping and my total came out to $46.21 order number ******. They need to respond to the emails they get or offer a phone number. This was the only time I've ever been able to talk with anyone from Dossier, and that chat option never appeared again. They would not give me my order number for some reason despite asking for it. For some reason, during ONE single visit to the website, a chat function popped up. There needs to be a telephone line or a chat function. Nobody has helped me or responded to me this entire time, meaning I can't complain or get a refund. Not giving out order numbers but requiring them to return is a scam. Eventually, I got the perfume, unfortunately I do not like it, but since I've never received a order number i can't return it. I also emailed their help line and also never got a response over those several weeks. I reached out via their "help" submission portal several times over weeks with no response, however I believe it is possibly fake because my email was input but on my actual email account "sent" folder it contained nothing to dossier of what I wrote. I was charged for a product but never received a confirmation email or order number. I was a happy customer twice from ********************** and literally told all my friends about them until now, now I think they are potentially a scam.
